4. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly). By choosing a subscription plan, you authorize BakeLabs (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your selected payment method until you cancel your subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the "My Subscriptions" section in your dashboard.
5. Intellectual Property
All content available on BakeLabs, including video lectures, technical PDF cards, recipes, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of ESTELLE PHOTOGRAPHY LLC. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the full extent of the law.
6. Limitation of Liability
BakeLabs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ESTELLE PHOTOGRAPHY LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our platform.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Refund Policy

1. Digital Course Content
Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate delivery of course materials (video lessons and PDF technical cards), all sales are considered final once access has been granted. We do not offer refunds for digital content, as the user has immediate access to the intellectual property upon purchase.
2. Subscription Renewals
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced. If you decide not to continue, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. You will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Free Trials
If you participate in a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid an automatic subscription charge, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the trial period expires.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing the platform, please contact us at marivell03@yahoo.com within 7 days of the transaction. We are committed to resolving technical difficulties and will review such cases individually.
5. Fraud Prevention
All refund requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to decline refunds if we determine that the user has exploited our services or violated our Terms of Service.
